Before making a purchase, please ensure the accuracy of your order, including the frame, frame color, lens type, and lens prescription.

After receiving the product, different warranty periods apply:

1-Day Warranty: Applicable for frames. It covers issues such as wrong color, defects, bending, or incompleteness. Heykama will cover the shipping cost.

7-Day Warranty: Applicable for lenses. Covers issues such as wrong prescription, incorrect lens type, defects, or discomfort after 7 days of use. Heykama will cover the shipping cost.

30-Day Warranty: Applicable for frames (frame and lens purchases only). It covers issues such as wrong color, defects, bending, or incompleteness. You will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Lifetime Warranty: Applicable for frames with a cost of minimum IDR 200K (lens excluded). It covers issues such as wrong color, defects, bending, or incompleteness. You will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Each purchase will include a warranty card in the packaging.

Claim Process:

Contact the number provided on the warranty card.

Our customer service will provide another warranty form for you to fill out.

Our team will review the form within 2 working days.

Once approved, the warranty claim will be successful.
