A refund claim is specifically for customers who buy frames and lenses but still need to provide the lens prescription in their order.

The customer will have the option to either claim a refund for the lenses or return the frame to get the lenses applied.

A refund form will be included in the packaging.

Refund Claim Process:
Fill out the refund form.
Take a picture of the completed form and send it to the contact number provided on the refund form.
Our team will review the form within 2 working days.
Once verification is completed, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 2 working days.

Return Frame Process:
Contact the number provided on the refund form.
Our customer service will provide another refund form for you to fill out.
Once approved, the customer will need to return the product to Heykama’s office.
The team will verify the product within 2 working days upon receipt.
Once the verification is completed, the returned product will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive it.
